How long does shipping typically take?
Orders are generally processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping within the US typically takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping varies by destination and selected carrier.
What is your return policy for high-performance components?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened items in their original packaging. Please note that installed or used nozzles and hotends cannot be returned due to the nature of 3D printing wear.
Do you offer international shipping and cover customs fees?
We ship worldwide to most countries. However, please be aware that international customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by their home country.
Are your products compatible with all 3D printers?
While many of our components like the Mosquito and Copperhead are designed for universal compatibility, some may require specific mounting adapters. Please check our compatibility documentation before purchasing.
