Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all small components and documentation are included.

• 3.
  Ship Items

  Affix the provided shipping label or send the package via a traceable carrier to our fulfillment center, clearly marking the RMA number on the exterior.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection

  Once received, our engineering team will inspect the hardware for integrity and process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
